We are looking for people who have to excel to satisfy themselves and who work well in a collegial environment. We don’t care that much about education and expertise, because we can train people to do whatever they have to do. We hire attitudes.

More and more companies are putting a greater emphasis on attitude rather than skill. It is much harder to try and reform someone’s mentality than it is to teach a skill. However, it is undeniable that the most talented people are those who possess an excellent character, attitude as well as the necessary skills.
