Attitude, Artur Rubinstein
If I omit practice one day, I notice it. If two days the critics notice it. If three days the public notices it.
- Artur Rubinstein (1887-1982)
Many office workers believe that “professional players going through this kind of training” is a definite thing. But many of them cannot apply the same outlook on themselves. Whether they recognize it or not, all office workers are part of the professional world. Being conscious of the fact that you yourself are a professional, and that an incredible amount of effort and success will be required to meet expectations, can act as the starting point for change.
