(When Surrounded By 8 Enemy Divisions during WW2)
All right, they're on our left, they're on our right, they're in front of us, they're behind us. That simplifies the tactical situation; Attack in all directions!

- Chesty Puller

In the modern business world, a crisis is no longer a special circumstance, but a constant that needs to be factored in. During times of crisis, members of the unit may become anxious, uneasy and prone to confusion. If the leader does not maintain his poise, the entire group will inevitably break down. It is during these times of trouble, through the leader’s unwavering optimism and positive thinking, can the true value of the leader be measured.
