Attitude, Jean-Paul Sartre

¶ Three o'clock is always too late or too early for anything you want to do.

- Jean-Paul Sartre (1905-1980) French existentialist philosopher and writer

Three o'clock in the morning is too early to start any action. People are still sleeping. Three o'clock in the afternoon is too late. People usually finish or almost finish their working day.
