“Treat others as you would like to be treated” is the golden rule in the business world. People are more motivated by respect from others, opportunities for a diverse work experience, and self-development than material benefits. But the most important motivator by far is receiving respect from others. Therefore, true devotion and sacrifice cannot be faked- it has to come from the heart.
